Written request to participate in the Ceremony, including mailing address and full name as you wish it to appear on a certificate
One of the following:
A photocopy of your undergraduate (bachelor) degree or official transcript from your accredited University indicating courses completed and undergraduate (bachelor) degree conferred, or
Photocopy of your Professional Engineer’s License/PEO license number or
A copy of an official letter from a provincial or territorial engineering licensing body confirming that you have met the academic requirements for licensure as a professional engineer.

If, upon review of your application, it is deemed complete and worthy, the Camp will contact you with further details on the Obligation Ceremony. Please note there will be a fee to attend.
Please note that due to capacity limitations, the Camp may not be able to accommodate all qualified requests. Priority will be given to candidates associated with the University of Guelph (e.g., graduate students) and/or living/working within the Guelph area. Interested and qualified candidates may choose to look into ceremonies at other Camps, some of which have dedicated ceremonies specifically for senior candidates.
