Camp 17 receives information from candidates and guests in order to communicate with them, to confirm their eligibility and for admission to the ceremony. 

Camp 17 receives information from candidates who request replacement rings in order to communicate with them and to confirm attendance at a previous ceremony. 

Camp 17 may share information with other Camps to confirm attendance at a Camp 17 ceremony prior to processing a ring replacement request.

The Camp and Corporation's records include candidate's name, ring size, obligation number and year of obligation. 

Camp 17 does not share personal information with other third parties.
